This morning we went to see a Buddhist Temple for my Comparative World Religions Class. It was gorgeous. Unfortunately I couldn't take photographs inside, but the walls are covered with detailed, brightly colored paintings. The alter had 3 Buddha statues of differing sizes and colors.
The outside of the Temple can't be seen from the road.
It was extremely ornate, the entire thing covered with gold.
